Refund Policy: Return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, excluding initial shipping costs of $6.99 (if applicable). Exceptions apply.

 

⚠️ High Return Activity Policy (NEW):

We do our best to keep returns free and easy for everyone—but frequent returns can make it harder to offer great service.

Customers with 3 or more returns within 60 days may be charged a 25% restocking fee on future returns.
Purchasing and returning multiple sizes or colors of the same item repeatedly may also trigger restocking fees or return restrictions.
We reserve the right to temporarily limit return eligibility for accounts with excessive return activity.

Before You Return

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: These are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact us first, as a physical return may not be necessary.

  • High-Value Refunds: For refunds over $150, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased at a discount of 50% off or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or store credit.


Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date (exceptions may apply).

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unstained.

  • Be in their original packaging with all plastic bags and tags attached.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Jewelry (eligible for exchange only, e.g., for a different size)

  • Accessories


Fees & Deductions

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

  • Shipping Costs: Refunds will exclude the original shipping cost of $6.99 (if one was charged on your order).


Refund Options

You can choose how you'd like to receive your refund:

  • Original Payment Method: The refund will be sent back to your original payment source.

  • Store Credit: Receive the refund as store credit and get a $10 bonus added to your balance.


Refund Timing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 days of us receiving your returned item.

  • Please check your bank or payment account first. If you don't see the refund after this period, please contact us for assistance.


Special Cases

  • Changed Your Mind? You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been shipped.

  • Received the Wrong Item? You are eligible for a refund if the item is damaged, incorrect, or not as described. We may request photos to verify.

  • Order Not Delivered? You are eligible for a refund if your order does not arrive.

Subject Line:

  • For returns: Return Request: Order #[Your Order Number]

  • For exchanges: Exchange Request: Order #[Your Order Number]

In the body of the email, please include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number 

  • The name of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • For exchanges: Please specify the new size, color, or item you would like.
