Welcome to FirstFeeling, we aim to provide high-quality products for our customers. All items are individually inspected by our quality control team before shipment. We are happy to help for any questions.
30 Day Easy Return/Exchange Warranty
How do I return my purchased items?
If your purchases do not fit, or if you’ve simply changed your mind, you’re welcome to return them for exchange or refund.
1 Simply write to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and sku product number within 30 days upon receiving your items. We will communicate with you in time within 1- 3 business days.
2 Our customer service will provide you with our return address. And all return shipping fees are at customers' own expense. Most importantly, please send us your return tracking number and shipping carrier by email. (Without this information, we will not be able to exchange/refund you).
3 Once we receive the returned items, we will offer a replacement or refund within 3-7 business days.
4 The time it takes for the refund to arrive depends on the payment method you used.
Paypal account refunds: Up to 2-3 business days
Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days
How should I do if the items I received are damaged or incorrect?
1 For defective, incorrect or not as described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem at email@example.com. Please keep the picture below 2 mb.
2 If we determine that your items are defective, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund and/or an exchange. Once we receive the item, we will offer compensation or resend for free a replacement at our expense.
3 Return shipping costs will be refunded within 3-7 business days of receiving your return.
4 We are sorry but we will not refund return shipping costs for other shipping methods, including Expedited & Express shipping methods.
Who will be responsible for the return shipping cost of returned items?
If we find that your returned items are defective or incorrect, we will gladly refund the return shipping cost to you provided that you used Standard shipping method. However, we will not be able to arrange return shipping refunds for unwanted item or size exchange returns.
NOTES ABOUT WARRANTY
You are welcome to return any items purchased from FirstFeeling EXCEPT the following:
- Final Clearance items
- Buy 1 Get 1 Free items
- Items with hygiene concerns, including but not limited to: Swimwear, Innerwear, Shapewear and Underwear, Bodysuits and Playsuits, Earrings, Wigs and Hair Pieces, Cosplay and Party Costumes.
- We are happy to arrange a replacement or refund of the item’s price for items returned. Please return items in brand new condition with their original packaging and tags or labels, unused, unworn, unwashed. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
- If you request a replacement but we do not have stock of your items, we will issue a refund of the item’s price instead.
- FirstFeeling is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in return transit. You can contact shipping company for a claim.
- All replacement items will be shipped back to you using Standard shipping service.
- At FirstFeeling, we do our very best to assist with return requests. However, in case of frequent returns or suspected abuse of our policies, FirstFeeling’s decision regarding return requests will be final.
- We are not responsible for failed delivery due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If your package tracking states "returned to sender" or "undelivered" please contact us for steps to retrieve/re-send your package. We offer cancellation on these orders with a $7 cancellation fee if and only if the package is returned to sender rather than wrongly delivered. Of course, if this error is corrected prior to shipment there is no fee associated (please double check your address!).
