1. Does FirstFeeling ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship to nearly 50 countries  and we offer Free Standard Shipping with tracking number!

 

 2. How long will it take for my order to arrive? And how much is shippin cost?

The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures or other causes.

3. Will I have to pay taxes?

Our items are shipping duty unpaid and therefore import tax may occur depending on your country's Customs and shipping method. You may check with your local Customs Office for more information.

 

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the tracking website. To track your package, simply click onto the link provided. (NoteYour order may be split up into multiple shipments and shipped at varied times if it contains multiple items. You will receive a shipping notification for each package that ships separately.)

Please note that sometimes it takes the shipping company some time to update the status of the shipment and your tracking link may not work immediately. In the event of any unsuccessful delivery, you will also be notified by e-mail.

 

5. What if the package doesn't arrive?

If you don't get your package 45 days after it was shipped, please contact us at support@thefirsttfeeling.com. We'll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.

 

6. Can I cancel or change my order?

If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours after you made the order. No cancellation or changes could be applied to the order once it goes into preparation for delivery.
